Twelve questions, four dimensions, five minutes. The TBO diagnostic evaluates whether your developer runs as a system or by improvisation across brand platform, creative direction, paid media and governance. Each question has four possible answers: "I lack clarity," "in construction," "works partially" and "established system." Answer with honesty, the report only makes sense with realistic reading. 06Does the 3D renderer receive camera, atmosphere and framing direction, or just architectural floor plan and generic reference?

07Can you say the ROAS of your last launch, or only the total invested and average CPL?
08Does your operation separate lead from SQL before measuring performance, or does it treat both as the same thing?
09Is the media plan divided into pre-launch, launch and sustainment, with own investment and target in each phase?

Governance & coherence

10Is there a living document (platform + creative direction) updated, that every partner agency receives at project kickoff?
11Is there a weekly reading meeting between marketing, sales and management in the same room, with decisions made on the spot?
12When a piece is rejected, is the reason recorded in written criteria anchored in the platform, or just in "I didn't like it"?
