6. International Data Transfer

Some of our data processors (Formspree, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) process data on servers located in the United States of America. These transfers rely on adequate protection mechanisms, such as the European Union’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework, in accordance with art. 33 of the LGPD.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact data (form): retained for as long as necessary to respond and up to 5 years for record-keeping purposes.
  • Browsing preferences (theme, language): stored only in your browser (localStorage), with no defined term.
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics): default retention period of 14 months configured on the Google platform.
  • Behavioral data (Microsoft Clarity): default retention of up to 1 year (heatmaps, session replays, and associated cookies such as _clck and _clsk).
