What's new.

A public log of what changes on the TBO site: new tools, new pages and improvements worth your time. Updated with every release.

September 2026

  1. A channel for whoever refers a developer

Architects, real estate agencies and consultancies meet the developer before any agency does, and the site had no door for that referral. The new page explains how to introduce one, what happens next, and why referring TBO takes no design work from an architect and no sale from an agency.

  2. Pages by client type: developer, builder and three more

The site spoke by service and by market, never by who is reading. There are now pages for developers, builders, architecture practices, branded residences and real estate agencies, each with that client’s problems and whatever cases exist. Where there is no case, the page says so.

  3. The English editorial line now has six topic hubs

The 74 articles published in English are now organized by subject across six browsable pages: branded residences, branding and launch marketing, wellness and longevity, technology, luxury market and housing market. Each opens with a definition, sourced figures and frequently asked questions.

  4. FAQ: scope, timelines and prerequisites on a single page

Twenty-three questions developers ask before signing with TBO, in six topics: engagement, timelines, what needs to be ready, results, coverage and free materials. Answers use the same numbers as the service pages.

TBO interactive tools now have their own index, organized by development stage: land and feasibility, design and approval, brand and launch, sales and conversion. They used to be scattered across the blog, the diagnostic and the analyzer.

  2. The site recognizes your city

Visitors browsing from a covered market see a home page shortcut straight to their local data. Detection uses only the approximate region of the connection and the banner can be dismissed at any time.

  3. Interactive kiosk inside the Amaran case study

The Amaran case study now embeds the sales kiosk built for the showroom: furnished floor plans, an interactive map and video. You can browse the real experience right inside the case study.
