Arthaus Incorporadora sought an identity that would differentiate Amaran in the competitive Santa Catarina market. It was necessary to create a brand with its own personality and translate it into architectural visualizations and audiovisual capable of generating desire before construction even began.

We developed the brand concept, visual identity, 3D facade visualizations and internal perspectives, and coordinated the audiovisual production in partnership with Janela Studio, building an integrated communication that anticipated the development value to the market.
