TBO is a creative studio built for one thing: bringing a real estate development to market. Branding, architectural visualization, marketing and film run inside a single operation, on one schedule, under one creative direction. Since 2019 we have delivered over 170 launches from Curitiba, Brazil.
What we do
Engaged together for a full launch, or one at a time. The briefing is shared either way, which is what keeps the brand, the imagery and the campaign saying the same thing.
Stills, animation and interactive tours produced from architectural drawings, in coordination with the practice of record. Used for pre-sales, investor material and sales gallery content.
Naming, positioning, identity and launch narrative for a development. The brand is built to hold the price, not to decorate the campaign — including branded residences and mixed-use.
Launch films, manifesto pieces and social cutdowns. Produced either as CGI, as live action, or as a mix, depending on what stage the building is at.
Campaign strategy and performance across the pre-sale and sale phases, built on the same brand platform the rest of the work comes from.
How we engage
The developer contracts TBO for the launch, in full or by discipline. One team, one schedule, one point of contact — the same way we work with developers in Brazil.
An in-market studio, agency or developer with an internal team brings TBO in as production capacity, under your direction and your client relationship. You keep the client; we deliver the work.
Working remotely
TBO works from Curitiba, Brazil, at UTC-3 all year — Brazil has no daylight saving time, so our clock does not move. English and Portuguese are both working languages.
