Pre-construction visualization
Exterior and interior stills, aerials, film and interactive tours produced from the architectural drawings, for the sales gallery, the broker kit and the buyer who signs before seeing the site.
Markets · Florida
TBO is a real estate launch studio in Curitiba, Brazil, one to two hours ahead of Miami. We produce the brand, the imagery and the film that a pre-construction development is sold on, in English and in native Portuguese, for a market where Brazil is one of the leading sources of foreign buyers.
Miami in 2026 is two markets under the same ZIP codes. At the top, wealth migration and cash buyers push the $1 million-plus tier to records and fill a pipeline of branded towers. In the middle, an aging condo stock is being repriced by special assessments and insurance. Location no longer explains value on its own; the building, and how it is positioned, does.
That makes the launch material the product for most of the sales cycle. A pre-construction buyer, often wiring money from abroad, commits on renderings, a film and a brand before there is anything to visit. In a skyline with dozens of named towers, the one that absorbs is the one whose positioning a remote buyer believes. That is the work TBO does.
What we do here
Exterior and interior stills, aerials, film and interactive tours produced from the architectural drawings, for the sales gallery, the broker kit and the buyer who signs before seeing the site.
Naming, positioning and identity for a tower that competes against branded neighbours, built on a brand platform that gives brokers one argument to repeat, not a list of amenities.
Brochures, campaigns, film versions and sales scripts written in Portuguese by the same team that produces the English version, for developers selling to Brazilian buyers. Not a translation pass bolted on at the end.
An in-market agency or studio brings TBO in as production capacity, under its direction and its client relationship, for peaks in rendering, film or design.
The full scope of each discipline, both engagement models and the work already delivered outside Brazil are on the capabilities page.
Working remotely
Curitiba stays at UTC-3 all year. South Florida moves between UTC-4 and UTC-5, so the gap is one hour from March to November and two hours in winter. Reviews happen live, in your morning or ours.
TBO News
Yes. TBO works one to two hours ahead of Miami, so the full working day is shared and reviews happen live. Briefings, presentations and revisions run in English. A developer can engage TBO directly for the launch, or an agency in Florida can bring TBO in as production capacity under its own client relationship.
Because Brazil is one of the leading sources of foreign buyers. NAR data places Brazil inside the top ten countries of origin for foreign buyers of US homes, and in Miami buyers from Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela lead the foreign share. TBO is a Brazilian studio with more than 170 launches produced in Portuguese, so the Portuguese material is written natively, not translated.
Four disciplines under one operation: architectural visualization (stills, film, tours), real estate branding (naming, identity, brand book), launch film (CGI, live action or both) and launch marketing (campaign strategy, paid media, landing pages). They can be engaged together or one at a time.
Stills and films are modelled in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. A typical package of exterior stills takes 3 to 4 weeks from an approved 3D model. Scope, revision rounds and deadlines are fixed in the proposal for each development.
Book a call and the calendar shows our availability in your time zone. Or send the development, the stage it is at and what you need produced, and we reply within 24 business hours, in English.
