Frequently asked questions
How is the landing page score calculated?
The tool runs 17 checks on the page’s public HTML and adds points up to 100. The weights reflect what matters in a real estate launch: conversion is worth 40 points (form, WhatsApp or phone, calls to action), technical SEO is worth 35 (title, meta description, H1, canonical, Open Graph, structured data, indexability, language) and technical hygiene is worth 25 (HTTPS, mobile viewport, favicon, image alt text, HTML weight, third-party scripts).
Does the tool access private data from my site?
No. The bot reads only the public HTML of the URL you provide, just like any search engine does. It does not run scripts, fill forms, access logged-in areas or store the page content after the analysis.
My page looks great, why is the score low?
The analysis does not judge design: it measures conversion and technical fundamentals that are invisible in the layout. A beautiful page with no form, no WhatsApp, no meta description and 20 tracking scripts loses leads and Google positions every day, no matter how good the art direction is.
How much does the analyzer cost?
Nothing. The score and the three worst findings are open. The full report, with all 17 checks and a practical recommendation for each one, unlocks with a quick name and email signup.
Does it work with any page?
It works with any public page over http or https. Pages behind a login, sites that block bots and non-HTML documents cannot be analyzed. On very heavy pages, the analysis covers the first 1.5 MB of HTML.
