TBO Frequently asked questions
What developers ask before signing with TBO.
Scope, timelines, what needs to be ready, how results are measured and where TBO works. Straight answers, with the same numbers found on the service pages.
01 Engagement
How working with TBO works
TBO runs four disciplines under one team and one creative direction: Digital 3D (renders, 360° tours, humanised floor plans, animation), Branding (naming, identity, sales book, brand guidelines), Marketing (paid media, social, landing pages, CRM and reporting) and Audiovisual (launch films, teasers, short-form clips, aerial capture). TBO Twin is the interactive visualisation platform of the development, used as a sales tool. See the services
Each discipline can be hired on its own: only the renders, only the brand, only the media operation or only the film. The gain of combining them is operational: renders are born in the formats the campaign needs, the film uses the approved 3D scenes and every piece follows the brand guidelines without translation noise between different vendors.
Through the contact form or WhatsApp. You describe the development, the stage it is in and what you need. TBO replies within 24 business hours and, from the briefing, sends a proposal with scope, deliverables and schedule. Leads with a launch coming up can book the conversation directly on the team calendar. Talk to TBO
It depends on scope: number of rendered spaces, volume of brand applications, film length and shooting days, media budget and campaign duration. That is why TBO does not publish a price list; the proposal goes out within 24 business hours after the briefing, with the scope itemised. As a public reference, mid to high-end launches in Brazil usually invest between R$ 15k and R$ 50k per month in paid media, which is ad spend, not fees.
As early as possible, and brand first. Renders, campaigns and films derive from the identity, so branding needs to be settled before the other disciplines. The marketing operation also starts before sales open, with diagnosis, media plan and a calendar per phase; the earlier the plan closes, the more time there is to build audience and a lead base before the official launch. 02 Timelines
Typical timelines for each discipline
Static renders of one space take 5 to 10 business days. A full project, with multiple spaces, common areas and façade, runs between 3 and 6 weeks through modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production. Animation and virtual tours extend that schedule, which is why they are planned together with the other pieces. Digital 3D
The process runs through four stages: diagnosis and research, concept and naming, design system build and production of applications with delivery of the brand guidelines. Total time depends on the volume of applications and the developer approval rounds. The critical point is that the brand must be ready before renders, campaign and film. Branding
A full production takes 4 to 8 weeks from script to final delivery: concept and script with storyboard, pre-production with locations, casting, equipment and art direction, 1 to 3 shooting days and post-production with editing, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics. Each delivery (script, cut 1, final cut) goes through formal approval, with an SLA of up to 5 business days. Audiovisual
Before sales open. Diagnosis and planning cover market, competition and audience analysis, objectives and KPIs, channel strategy, calendar and investment plan per phase. The campaign follows the product life cycle, from teaser actions to sales sustain. To organise the countdown, TBO publishes a 90-day and a 45-day pre-launch checklist. 90-day checklist
03 Prerequisites
What the developer needs to have ready
Architectural drawings, visual references and a definition of what will be produced. Finishing schedule and landscape design, when available, raise the fidelity of materials and textures. The executive design does not need to be closed: design adjustments are absorbed during modelling and texturing.
The product and its context: plot location, planned unit types, intended target audience and positioning tier. The diagnosis stage deepens these inputs with market, competition and urban context analysis, so the developer does not need to arrive with a closed strategy.
Three blocks: the defined product, with price list, unit types and differentiators; the communication assets, such as identity, renders and videos that will serve as creative; and the conversion structure, with landing page, lead handling flow and a briefed sales team. The free landing page analyzer helps check the third block before spending on media. Analyze my landing page
Yes. In pre-launch the film combines live capture of the surroundings and lifestyle with the 3D scenes of the development. That is why the 3D material must be approved before editing, and the script with storyboard is the prerequisite for any shooting day.
04 Results
How results are measured
Periodic reports and dashboards track the real estate funnel metrics: CPL (cost per lead), lead-to-visit conversion, CAC, ROAS and sales velocity. Numbers are read per launch phase and turn into optimisation decisions, such as budget reallocation between channels, audience adjustments and creative swaps, aligned with the sales team.
Through the indicators of the campaign that uses those assets: landing page conversion rate, cost per lead of the ads that use the renders and the film as creative, video retention, 360° tour engagement, name recall among brokers and visitors and, in the end, sales velocity against direct competitors. A well-built brand reduces the dependence on discounts to sustain the sales pace. See cases with results

05 Coverage
Where and how TBO works
Yes. Headquarters are in Curitiba, but coverage is nationwide and remote when needed, with projects delivered in Paraná, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso and other states. The site keeps market pages for 15 Brazilian cities, with population, income, players and launches for each. See covered markets
Yes, remotely, in English. The team works in a single time zone (UTC-3) year-round, which gives a full working day of overlap with the Americas, TBO morning with Europe and Gulf afternoon, and early morning with the end of the day in Southeast Asia. See capabilities
Yes. TBO operates in Portuguese and English and publishes the whole site in both languages, including materials, tools and the blog.
Within 24 business hours for any contact through the site. TBO Twin demo requests and commented diagnostic reads arrive by e-mail within 1 business day.
