The house spreads its programme over three floors, with a cinema, spa, sauna, gym and indoor pool in the basement, and the suites and living areas on the ground floor. The images had to show the whole house, not only the facade, and give the same weight to the outside and to what sits below ground.
// Result
We delivered 17 final images, with facades at three times of day, the pools, the sand pitch, the gym, the spa, the kitchen, the living room and the bedrooms. The second round built in the developer's feedback on the first presentation.
