A construction milestone (patamar de obra) is a minimum percentage of physical progress that triggers events in a development, such as disbursement measurements in construction financing or contract clauses. In marketing, milestones become communication beats: completing foundations, structure or façade is used to reinforce buyer confidence and reignite inventory sales during the build.
