Definition
The Price table (Tabela Price) is the fixed-installment amortization system: the payment stays constant through the loan, with interest weighing more at the start and principal repayment growing toward the end. It simplifies the buyer's planning, but the outstanding balance falls more slowly than under SAC. In Brazilian housing credit, installments are usually indexed to TR or IPCA.
