Grupo Thal needed a naming and visual identity that reflected the uniqueness of AUMA — a high-end development designed for a demanding buyer profile. The challenge was to create a brand with its own visual territory and visualizations that anticipate the experience of living at the address.

We created the naming, the complete visual universe and the brand manual, along with high-fidelity 3D perspectives of facade, common areas and interiors — a set that significantly elevated the perceived value of the development and supported the sales strategy.
