Definition
A digital twin is a complete, navigable virtual replica of a development, built in a real-time engine from the design files. Unlike a static render, it allows interactive exploration of unit types, true per-floor views, sun path and finishes. In real estate it has become a sales tool for high-end launches and investor presentations.
