Definition
Rendering (CGI) is the production of photorealistic images of a development from its 3D model, before it exists. A render translates architectural design into sales imagery: façade, amenities, units and views. In a real estate launch it is the raw material of every commercial asset, from website to sales kit, and a decisive driver of perceived product standard.
