A furnished floor plan (planta humanizada) is the apartment plan rendered with furniture, textures, colors and human scale, replacing the technical line drawing. Its role is to help buyers grasp how spaces are actually used: where the bed fits, how the living room meets the terrace. It is a staple of sales kits, websites and broker materials.
