Definition
The unit mix is a development's composition of unit types: floor areas, bedroom counts and the quantity of each type. Defining the mix is one of development's most sensitive decisions, crossing site vocation, local demand and liquidity. A wrong mix can stall part of the inventory even when product and price are right everywhere else.
