Feasibility study

Definition

A feasibility study determines whether a development is worth pursuing before the land is bought: it crosses building potential, likely product, local pricing, construction costs, funding and schedule to project VGV, margin and cash exposure. It is the piece of work that turns a hunch about a plot into an investment decision.
