Definition
A land bank is the stock of plots a developer controls for future launches, through purchase, options or swap deals. It is measured in potential VGV: a R$ 5 billion land bank means its plots can support that volume of launches. A solid land bank secures the product pipeline and is one of the most watched indicators at listed developers.
