Definition
A masterplan is the overall occupation plan of a large development: tower placement, internal circulation, landscaping, uses and development phases. In multi-phase projects, such as planned districts and mixed-use complexes, the masterplan orders what gets launched and when, and it anchors the sales narrative of the whole.
