A decorated show unit (apartamento decorado) is the model apartment fitted with full interior design to materialize a product that does not yet exist. It can be built at the sales center or inside the construction site. It is one of the most effective launch sales tools: it turns floor plan and area into spatial experience and anchors the perception of finish and standard.
