INCC (Índice Nacional de Custo da Construção) is the FGV index tracking the monthly variation of materials, labor and service costs in Brazilian construction. It is the standard index for installments paid during construction on off-plan purchases: the buyer's balance is adjusted by INCC until key handover, after which a different index applies.
