An affordable-housing community competes with many similar launches. Fontanive needed images and sales pieces that gave Ilhas Gregas an identity of its own, inspired by the light and simplicity of Greek villages.

For the 3D, we delivered 22 final images (facades, aerials and every amenity), 3 site plans and 3 rendered floor plans. For sales, we wrote the development storytelling and produced the sales book, folders, billboard, hoarding panel, large-format site plan and the sales-stand perspectives.
