3D visualization for Urbanit Garden, a two-tower residential development by Base Empreendimentos on Avenida Noêmia Tonello Dalmolin in Sorriso, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The concept, "your urban life connected to nature", called for images where the ground-floor park and the rooftops take the lead.

Urbanit Garden has more than 2,000 m² of amenities on the ground floor plus two rooftops. Base needed the images to sell that garden as the address rather than a detail between the towers, in a market where Sorriso buyers compare launches by what the community delivers.

TBO led the launch 3D visualization, with 30 final images produced in partnership with Arcvisual: day and night facades, aerials, pools, hammock garden, sports court, rooftops, lobby, gym and sauna, plus animations of the amenities.
