Brand, marketing, 3D visualization and film for Edifício Estoril, a residential building by Construtora Patrão on Rua Ferdinando Darif in Bigorrilho, Curitiba, Brazil. The concept, "Estoril, home & wellbeing", links the Portuguese Riviera to Curitiba, with architecture by Valliatti Patrão Arquitetura and landscaping by Viva Verde.

Estoril offers 1- to 3-bedroom apartments from 49 to 97 m², plus garden units, in a sought-after Curitiba neighbourhood. Patrão needed a brand with a story of its own, strong enough to carry the whole launch, from the sales book to paid media, without becoming just another building in Bigorrilho.

We ran the project from concept to launch: logo, brand manual, pattern, storytelling, sales book and creatives; diagnosis, marketing plan, media plan and paid traffic; 23 final 3D images, facade cladding options, 13 rendered floor plans and 360° tours of 14 spaces; and a teaser, a launch film and three vertical videos.
