Art has four apartments per floor and a 13th-floor rooftop with a lap pool, bar and lounge. Viplan needed images that placed the tower in the Joinville landscape and made the rooftop the reason to choose an address in América.
// Result
We delivered 19 final images, 8 rendered floor plans (four floors and four apartments) and 5 animations: facades, day and night photo inserts over the city, pool, fire-pit lounge, drinks bar, party room, lobby and the living rooms and suite of the 84 and 91 m² apartments.
