Wave bets on compact units, from 18 to 89 m², for people who want to live or invest near Athletico's stadium and 3 km from downtown. The images had to sell a rooftop lifestyle, with a sand court, lap pool and bar, and show that a mezzanine loft can hold a whole life.
// Result
We delivered 26 final images, 9 additional images (including the Ligga Arena photo inserts and new show units), 8 rendered floor plans and 10 animations in 4K. The rooftop, with beach tennis, a heated lap pool, Hub Bar, gourmet area and hot tub, became the centre of the launch communication.
