Lumion renders in real time on top of the SketchUp model: it is fast, allows many variations and is used to decide the design with the client. Corona, in 3ds Max, calculates light physically and works with more detailed materials. It takes longer and delivers photographic-level images, for the final version, publication and the sale of ultra-high-end property.
Yes. On the study line we work on your studio's SketchUp file. On the photorealism line the model is brought into 3ds Max and refined. If the project is in Revit, DWG or only PDF, TBO models from it.
