Definition
Economic uplift (ágio econômico) is the price a property sustains above comparables through intangible attributes: brand, architectural signature, services and scarcity. It is the metric that justifies branding investment. In branded residences, the average uplift runs between 30% and 40% over equivalent unbranded products, according to Savills Research.
